Terms and Conditions


These general conditions of sale apply only to sales to consumers, in other words non-professionals.

They are applicable to all sales contracts concluded between SODRY and the customer.

Except in a written document duly signed by SODRY, these conditions cannot be waived.

SODRY reserves the right to modify and/or supplement these general conditions at any time for future orders, without personally notifying the customer and without the latter being able to claim compensation of any kind.


SODRY is a brand of d-Ligence, an individual company validly registered with the Banque Carrefour des Entreprises Belges under number 0541.294.840.

d -Ligence develops IT solutions in the broad sense of the term (internet portals, data processing, advertising design, etc.) for its own account (such as the site www.sodry.eu) or on behalf of third parties.


The products offered are those which appear on the site www.sodry.eu.

Each product is accompanied by a description which is intended to be as precise as possible.

The photographs cannot ensure absolute similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors and packaging.

The products are offered while stocks last. SODRY strives to have sufficient stock. If, despite its efforts, all or part of the products are unavailable, SODRY will inform the customer as soon as possible and offer them the possibility of choosing between waiting or canceling the order of the unavailable items free of charge.

Article 4 – THE ORDER

The order is complete and the agreement between SODRY and the customer definitive as soon as SODRY has confirmed the order by e-mail and upon receipt of validation of the financial transaction with a credit or debit card by the issuing organization of said map.

In the event that the card issuing organization refuses payment to SODRY, SODRY cannot be held responsible for delays and/or non-delivery of the order. Orders without valid payment in the name of the registered cardholder will not be accepted or processed.

To purchase a product, the customer simply adds it to their cart.

Then the customer fills out the form with his personal data and the delivery method, accepts the general conditions and makes the payment.

Article 5 – DELIVERY

Orders are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when placing their order.

Delivery will be made as soon as possible in accordance with the instructions specified in the product descriptions.

The delivery method is indicated in a confirmation sent by email to the customer.

Deliveries are made by different carrier partners selected by SODRY. Details regarding carriers can be found on our site in the 'Shipping' section.

Any possible delay in delivery cannot give rise to any compensation for the customer. SODRY will inform the customer of any possible delay.

Each visible defect in the product must be mentioned on the copy of the delivery note and this must be informed to SODRY at the address info@d-ligence.be within 48 hours following delivery.

SODRY cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of the product in the event of delivery made by our carrier partner to a location chosen by the customer other than their home address, for example, to the customer's neighbor or to a private address near the customer.

The customer is responsible for the delivery location chosen according to the conditions of the delivery partner.

Article 6 – PRICE

All prices mentioned on the site are inclusive of VAT.

Additional costs for delivery, reservation, or other mandatory administrative costs are mentioned separately.

All prices are in Euro/€.

Promotions and special offers are only applicable while stock lasts.


The customer has the right to cancel an order without justification within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery of the products.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities or to products purchased for professional purposes by an individual.

The right of withdrawal is intended to allow the customer to examine the products received, as they would in store. Any handling beyond what is necessary to examine the products is the responsibility of the customer.

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must inform SODRY, by an unequivocal declaration. He can do this either by email to returns@sodry.eu or by post. The customer will ensure that they retain proof of sending their right of withdrawal.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the customer will return the products to SODRY at their own risk and expense. “Carriage paid by recipient” and “cash on delivery” shipments will be refused.

You are requested to return the products in their original packaging with all accessories delivered and in their original condition. SODRY reserves the right to consider, in the event that the products are damaged, incomplete or used against common sense, the customer as responsible for the loss of value which would be the consequence of the use of the products other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the products, and an amount will therefore be retained during reimbursement in accordance with the damage noted.

 If all conditions are met, SODRY will reimburse you within 14 days following the decision to abandon the purchase.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.

Article 8 – GUARANTEE

Products sold by SODRY benefit from a legal guarantee of 24 months from delivery of the products.

Any complaint concerning a warranty problem must be made in writing within 2 calendar months from the day the defect concerned is noted, under penalty of cancellation of the right to institute such a complaint.

The legal guarantee does not apply to legal entities or to products purchased for professional purposes by an individual.

Some products have an extended warranty. You must then refer to the descriptions of the products concerned on the website www.sodry.eu.

The guarantee never applies in particular in the following cases: in the event of damage caused by fire, water (flood) or lightning, an accident, a natural disaster; in the event of damage caused by incorrect use, poor maintenance, abnormal use or any other use which does not comply with the manufacturer's or SODRY's instructions; in the event of damage following commercial or professional use or collective use of the product.

Article 9 – BILLING

Each order will be subject to invoicing.

This will be exclusively in PDF format and sent by email unless the customer requests it provided that it is not a legal entity nor an order placed for professional purposes by a natural person.


The names of products or companies mentioned on the site www.sodry.eu may be trademarks or registered trademarks belonging to third parties and protected as such by intellectual property law.

The brands and trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.

Article 11 – DISPUTE

All contracts concluded between SODRY and its customers and these general conditions are exclusively governed by Belgian law. Any dispute concerning the existence, execution and/or interpretation of these general conditions and all contracts concluded between SODRY and its customers are subject to the exclusive power of the Court of Brussels.
